- Sauté 1 large chopped cauliflower in a pan and add to boiled chicken with 2 cups of soaked basmati rice.
- Add water until 1 cm above rice/as needed.
- Add salt to taste. Mix and wait until rice cooks (approx 15 min).
This isn’t the ‘traditional’ way of making maqloobeh but it’s my speedy way
