• 3 lettuce leaves - you can use any variety and works well also with spinach .

  • 1 pear (optional).
  • 1 orange.
  • 2 spoons chia seeds.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, ginger, cinnamon.
  • 1/2 - 1 cup of water .
  • Optional:

  • Wash and peel (if necessary) the fruit and combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. If you do not drink it immediately, you can store it in the fridge for up to 1-2 days, but I prefer to drink it immediately, to take benefits of vitamins and minerals.

    Tip: You can use any type of fruits that are available to you. It also works very well also with beetroot. If you do not have oranges, you can use lemon or lime. If you are into sports, blend some protein in it and prepare before your workout.
